Google Bad Review 1:  Strongly advise dealing with Dexters in Cricklewood for property sales. I tried to sell my property through them and they colluded with the buyer behind my back in an attempt to coerce me to accept a lower price than that which I was comfortable accepting. They have behaved extremely unprofessionally, unethically and not at all to the standards that they purport to hold. When I raised the issue with their management, with written evidence of what transpassed, not once did they apologise, rather they tried to bury it and convince me to the deal anyway. I have filed complaints with the property ombudsman and their regulator. I cant speak for all of Dexters, but the people running the Cricklewood office are incompetent, dishonest and untrustworthy in my opinion. I hope this review helps others to avoid the issues with which I am now dealing as a consequence of their behaviour.

Google Bad Review (2):  I recently asked them to value my property which is on a premium street. They massively UNDERVALUED my property by around £150K. With their 0% strategy, they are driving the value of properties down and undervaluing. BEWARE.
