In regards to your reply, This is a right business. I was looking to purchase a property with Stuart and Beverley. Both nice people but limited confidence and knowledge about international transactions (source of funds). Sadly your firm wasted two-three weeks of my time and put me in a position with high risk of loosing the property. Luckily I moved to another solicitor who checked and confirmed the source of fund/ transactions within a day. Wish you luck in the future.

Rosenberg are probably good that they managed to have many happy clients.

Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me.
They have limited knowledge and confidence when it comes to international transactions.

In my case part of my money were coming from a saving account from another country (EU). I’ve provided them everything they need from Bank letter, transaction statements etc. However at the end we were keep going around the circle. They waisted two weeks of my time.
At the end I went to another solicitor and they verified the transaction within a day.

I think they should tell their clients from day one that they are not confident with international transaction. They just wasted my time and cause so much unnecessary stress. While next solicitor managed to trace back and verify everything in a day.

I didn’t want to write a bad review for them especially because they have many good rating. But I think is fair to share my experience.
