Google Bad Review 1: This is the worst agency I had to deal with. No repairs are done in houses despite quite few people were reporting issues for long time. There is no chance to get through to them, they do not respond to emails or messages and of course they are never in their office. They are breaking the rules which are in the agreement. Beware if you are looking to rent a flat with this agency!!

Google Bad Review (2): Predatory landlord alert!
They will say anything to get you to sign a contract, but once you've signed forget about them honouring it. Also don't expect proper communication or for them to follow through on their word.
Gary and Mo repeatedly lie to tenants about repairs fees and refuse to keep up their side of the contract. If something goes wrong it apparently is always the tenants fault and for you to sort out.
I'm also aware of fake reviews requested by the landlord under this listing.
Best stay away, this is a good example of a predatory landlord.
