Google Bad Review: I've asked by mail for late check in, they agreed.
I arrived at 2:30 am to the hotel and tried the buzzer for almost 2 hours while also trying to call them on all numbers provided on Google / reservation without luck.
After trying to find another hotel at pouring rain in the middle of the night for an hour (without luck) I managed to get them on the phone.
A lady who could barely speak English answered the phone and finally came back to the hotel to open the door. It was 5:30am already.
The next day the manager was rude enough to ask me for a late check in fee of 15 gbp for late check in.. And kept on arguing that it's not her fault. So who's fault is this?
To summarize, i arrived at 2:30am exactly as agreed, waited in the pouring rain for almost 2 hours, then looked for another hotel, then finally managed to do the check-in at 5:30am being totally wet. Me and all the clothes in my suitcase.
Horrible stuff and attitude.
