Google Bad Review 1: I felt completely ripped off. I paid £65 to have my screen fixed because there were cracks which was preventing me using touch screen. After picking it up, I realised that while the scratches were gone on the surface, they were appearing when I pressed down onto the screen and still prevented me from using touch screen. It appears any repair was cosmetic. When I returned initially I was told they were too busy to fix it so I returned a few days later. They inspected The phone and asked me to come back in an hour. When I returned the guy claimed that there was a scratch which meant he couldn’t send it back to be fixed?? I showed him the phone and he checked it before I left it, so I’m not quite sure what he was even talking about. In summary, so disappointing and a total waste of money. The guys on Golders Green road that I have since found and far better and cheaper. Avoid.
