Google Bad Review: Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this repair centre. My car went in for simple tyre fitting and shock absorber change. When I picked up the car, immediately it was making a noise which wasn’t there before. I thought maybe it’s because of the new shock absorbers and that it’ll go away after a few days. It didn’t. After a week I took the car back but the owner kept insisting that the noise was already there. But I’ve had this car for 8+ years and I know every sound it makes (not many as the car has done less than 50K miles and I keep it in great condition). After hours of arguing I gave up and took the car to an Audi dealership. After a few days to investigate the source of the noise they asked me whether the car had been in an accident as the sound was coming from somewhere deep within the chassis. I told them there had been no accident, and they said it could have happened when the car was lifted on a jack at a repair centre. They said the cost of stripping the car to fix it is not worth it. I took the car back to this repair centre and they still didn’t accept responsibility. Now I am 100% sure something happened to my car in this garage. The noise wasn’t there before my visit and it was very audible on the day I picked it up. Now I’m left with a car that makes a lot of noise and I can’t even fix it. Very frustrating. Avoid this garage if you can.
