Google Bad Review 1:  The worst company I have ever dealt with. Failed to show up 4 times, did very little, never got rid of the pests and charged at upfront almost £200 for a service they never provided. We asked for a refund considering we still had pests and they then blocked our numbers, were rude to us and never gave the money back despite saying they would. We still have pests and now we're £200 poorer.

Google Bad Review (2):  Appalling service did not have a clue what they were doing. Problem of mice remained and actually worsened whilst they were so called treating. Said would look into refund but stopped taking my calls and returning my emails. Waste of £144.00. Do not use and should not even be trading. Very upset and disgrunted ex customer.
