Google Bad Review 1: I wish I could give a zero rating. This is the worst company to ever deal with. I made payment to them for a clipper which was transferred directly to their account on the 9th of May. Faster payment within 2 hours to the beneficiary account. I called them and the representative said they will be in touch shortly. I didn't get anything else from them so I called again on the 14th may only to be put on hold and told payment was received just the day before on Sunday. And I was told they will now post my item out and I should expect it within 5 working days. I told the man on the phone I need it urgently as I've paid ages ago. He said nothing can be done. 5 working days it is. I'm surprised to get a mail just this evening..21st May from royal mail stating “the sender has let us know this item will be with us soon”. Absolutely rubbish service from this company. The worst I've ever received in decades. I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. Not even if this is the only company in the world. Absolute scam. Keeping my money for weeks without no item being received. Please avoid at all cost.

Google Bad Review (2): Went on Sunday and spent £50 only to get home and try and wash my hair with products that have already EXPIRED. It doesn't cost them anything to check the expiry dates on their products – we all know that if their shop was in a better area with a different demographic they would be on their top game. I have photos and receipts.
