Google Bad Review 1: I put my daughter there and my heart started telling me that something wasn't right….so i removed her straight away.
Nursery management is really bad. Stuff are unprofessional and lazy…. This Nursery should be shut down. I feel sorry for their kids that go there.

Google Bad Review (2): When my son first started this nursery the teachers would seat there and not really incentive or make activities for them, they called this ’learn through playing’ kids do what they want and the teachers just whach them not to get heart. This is how I felt and I was really going to move my son from this nursery but I didn’t have any options as the other nursery’s was full. Then they changed management and things got a bit better. I could see my son dirty in paint and coming home with some painting activities. My son has now left this nursery for reception and I never had any report of what he did in class and what he learned while he was at nursery. I would’ve given this report because I noticed they are trying really hard to get better. But the internal management took almost 5 months to give my deposit back, made so many mistakes by paying this to a different parent account. I was told to speak to Mihaela the person responsible For it and she still didn’t reply to my first emails. 4 months I started to call the nursery everyday till they sent me an email with a ‘fake’ receipt saying the payment was done 6 days ago, I went to my bank they said they don’t issue those kind of receipts. After I waisted all this time calling, emailing, going to the bank they decided to hit the bottom while I was at the bank and paid to my account. Sorry to share this experience but I think if the internal management is so unorganised and show no respect to parent, not even apologised for all the inconvenience I went through. Orders come from management that’s why I don’t think this nursery is getting any better, not for the teachers but because they have to follow instructions from an unprepared management.
