Google Bad Review (2): WORST people to deal with! If i could give minus stars i would. Agent LIED to myself and the landlord. I said I had a dog, agent said the landlord loved dogs and accepted my offer. turns out the landlord has never been made aware that I had a dog! I have not yet received a deposit scheme protection certificate, meaning I have no clue what happened to my deposit. The agent refused to give me the property keys UNLESS I PUT A NICE REVIEW here! he actually told me what to write! only then he gave me my property keys. I am taking legal action against you people as you are bad people and put me in a terrible situation where I might get kicked out because of my pet. The positive thing is that i have ALL your emails confirming everything, including the dog! So prepare yourselves for some legal fun!
