Google Bad Review 1: It is the worst hairdressers I have ever been to, walked in and sat down to have highlights which I was told would be £59 for highlights and a cut as there was a deal on, I then explained what I usually have and they said it was an extra £10 per colour which they clearly do not state in the deal so I decided to leave it and walk out as I got a very bad feeling that they did not know what they were doing. The salon also smelt very badly of people smoking it all looked very cheap and overall felt like it was not going to be a nice experience like it should be, also to say on treatwell that it usually costs £120 is a joke you can go to an amazing salon like Cutting crew which I then went to and had an amazing experience and hair cut and colour for £118 which you expect to pay In a top salon, I would not be wasting £59 in this salon to potentially come out looking ginger, If you have never been he before I strongly reccomend you re think your decision!

Google Bad Review (2): Sorry but are these highlights worth 80£?
I was thinking to not write a bad review as Rica was very friendly and lovely to me, however every time I am blow drying my hair I want to cry.
The salon does not seem clean (hair in the corners and on shaving machine), service provided was fast but, not professional at all. 2 member of staff were working on my hair, a guy kept asking question how highlights are done, finishing result you can all see from photos.
I know that hair dying is damaging as I am doing it over 6 years but, never after the service my hair were this dry and uncontrollable.
