Google Bad Review: The initial works by the team was fine, until I found a corner of my patio door that was still white (original colour). I had a plastic container in my garden with cushions in and I was accused of it “blocking” the door. It was light, and could have been moved, and at no point was this mentioned on the day. It was the last door to be sprayed and I guess they wanted to get home, so sod the customer.
It took weeks to get the team back, with very poor communication, and failed attempts (I had to do all the chasing).
Eventually when the team did come back, I now have grey walls, window, patio and pool table, where they spilt paint on it. Oh and blamed by husband for “scaring them” when he came home from work
I 100% expect a rude and defensive response to this, just as I did when I emailed them.
When you pay a lot of money for this service, you expect to get what you pay for. I am now left with the exterior of my house grey (and that was blamed on the wind), the floor with grey paint, and I am now going to have to pay to replace my pool table cover.
If you made a mistake and put your hands up, that is fine, but don't get all defensive and blame the customer………
