Google Bad Review 1: Not sure where the other reviewer was, and can only think he has it mixed up with another company. Always found them very helpful, and providing an excellent service.
EDIT UPDATE A complete management change has resulted in abysmal and rude service. Arrogant and lazy staff have replaced previous efficient and pleasant people.
They say people make the business what it is, and boy, what a difference the staff change has made.

Google Bad Review (2): Don’t deserve even a half star due to the lady I spoke today at 11/10/21 time 13.35 was so abusive to ask me how I get this number and who told me I can call this number . I am a tenant here since 2011 and use to be so polite every time I call but Today was terrifying. I called the council they put me directly to this number. I also call castle heaven community and give me the same number.
