Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT GO HERE! What a waste of time! I don’t know why the opening hours are till 8pm when they’re clearly refusing clients at 7pm. I called up before coming for a walk in appt for nails , she said “urm , well you can come depends what you want” so I went to the salon, and it seemed like they were getting ready to close up at 7pm. She said oh, I have a client in 10 mins which was clearly a lie. She just wanted to go home. Next time directly say no on the phone, instead of wasting peoples time to travel to you.

Google Bad Review (2):  I wish I could give 0 star. They were so rude and shouted me to shut up and when I said please stop talking to me she started to shout me louder. I booked for extra long hair over phone for perm and they said it’s going to be same price as trwatwell so I don’t have to book from there. It was 97 pound in treatwell and they charge me 120£ because my hair extra long, even they had not any costumer all day they tried to cancel my appointment which I came over an hour way so I had do agree 120£ but this is not nice in a business.
I was wearing expensive Pandora necklace and while she’s using product my hair all went my back and front so my necklace went from silver to black and I have told her when we began this is the first time I am doing it so tell me everything. She didn’t even care and didn’t tell me before take of your necklace(which I cannot know if it is gonna make something bad to my necklace like I said it was my first time). When I told her she said it is not her responsibility to tell me and said you’re angry for this cheap necklace. Even it was cheap this is not your thing to tell your costumer. There was a another women who works there and she start to being mean and rude and make me feel it is my fault. She shouted me and said SHUT UP.
I have paid over money and have this stress and had to throw my necklace which I paid over 200£.
