When she did come to take order was very rude and straight away asked what do u want in a very rude and fed up tone of voice. The management need to speak to this young lady and sort out her attitude and give her lessons on customer service. I'm sure the food would have been nice. ‍♂️

Google Bad Review (2):  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I pre-booked a table couple days in advance and was told to come for 8:30pm as I was breaking my fast for 9pm. I attended the restaurant by 8:30pm on the dot. As I came in I realised there was literally only 3 people there all the tables were empty still. The lady worker came to us and told us do we have a reservation so we gave her the name and she told us we have to sit facing the window like loners in a Subway???? I asked the lady worker why cant we sit on the tables as theres no one here. She told us because apparently the tables are booked weeks in advance. So where were these people then?? Also why cant you have told us this when we booked a couple days ago??? We haven't eaten or drank all day and then 30mins before we break our fast to hear something like that was very upsetting especially when we were looking forward to breaking our fast there. Didnt even eat there left and ate at Siirgista bros which we DIDNT need to reserve and got NORMAL table seats and food on time. BURGER UK really did leave a bad experience and would never visit there again or recommend to people. Worst customer service ever!
