Google Bad Review 1:  For the price tag of £550, every customer should be given due attention to ensure they leave with the frames that meet their brief. I am not a regular spender but when I do, I like to have the bespoke experience. So for me, customer service is everything. This was a very disappointing experience. I found one of the sales staff to be particularly unprofessional.

Google Bad Review (2):  Walked in yesterday to get a pair of glasses at 2:30 pm 11/7
Staff did not acknowledge my presence, were eating noodles behind the payment desk (sloppily – one dropped some on his lap) and watching something on their laptops. Of 4 staff not one glanced in my direction.

The glasses were in drawers and cabinets – I could not access. I said ‘excuse me’ to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but again, one glanced up from his noodles and back to his laptop.

I was prepared to make a significant purchase but will not be back after poor customer service – it seems unless you fit the indie stereotype/are bringing them noodles/the staff are not prepared to give you any business.

Will not be recommending or visiting again.
