Google Bad Review 1: After paying £200 for 1 night the restaurant staff were rude, 2 breakfasts £20 and the worse food known to man, dirty towels in room, music blasting until 6am, in the past 20 years of staying in hotels i have never had such a bad night, you get treated better in a 2 bob B&B avoid like the plague!!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Upon arrival my partner and I were informed that there was a mandatory deposit of £50 to go towards room service charges (as they stop taking cash/card payments after a certain time). I was told that if we didn’t use room service then the money would automatically go back into my account 2/3 days after the visit. 4 phone calls and 3 weeks later I have received no repayment, no help and no consideration from any members of staff I have spoken to about the issue. What a corrupt place.
