Google Bad Review (2): Very poor service from Adult bladder and bowel service within CLCHTrust, Hertfordshire division. They refuse to upgrade my 96 year old mother's tenna knickers until November. This means she will be in the undignified position of having urine soaked clothes for another 11 weeks. The staff in the Hemel office seem to be surprised that I am very upset about the situation.
