Google Bad Review 1:  Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for waxing, I arrived at the place on time and no one was there to actually do the waxing. I was left waiting for 20min on the bed and no one showed up. Eventually I left. They only got 5 starts because they offer waxing for free if you leave a 5 star review.

Google Bad Review (2):  When I arrived for my wax apptmt, they didn't have my booking so were not able to see me at the correct time. They said I can come back the next day or wait 1.5hours for the next available slot. As I had spent money for public transport to get there, I did not want to make the same trip again. So I decided to wait. I got back 1.5hours later, and was made to wait extra 40 mins. The wax itself was extremely painful, I think the lady pulled the wax off a bit slowly. The hot wax was burning hot and she tried cooling it down but said she couldn't cool it any further or it would solidify. But I have had less hot hot waxes before.. She did about a third of my hollywood wax with hot wax then we had to change to strip wax because I couldn't handle the pain. The strip wax missed a fair few hairs and she had to take them out with tweezers, which was very painful. (But at least she was very thorough. Most thorough wax I've had). In the end the result (hollywood + underarm) turned out nicely, except for my legs where she missed a lot of hairs. Just had an unpleasant experience. They gave a v quick apology once for messing up my booking and seemed to not care that I was waiting around. There's also a sign in the toilets that offers you a free 1/2 leg or underarm wax IF you give them a FIVE STAR review on Google… Not trustworthy.
