Google Bad Review 1:  Worst experience ever. She put 4-5 lashes (clustered together) at a time so they looked super unnatural. And as such, when the lashes fall, there’s a giant gap between the lashes. I was super teary when it was done and the lady was like “haha that’s normal”. And then the extensions were super itchy the whole time and kept poking my eyelids. I went to another salon to remove the lashes a few days later cos I couldn’t stand it. I’ve had lash extensions more than 20 times at more than 10 places and this was the worst. I don’t know why this place has a high rating.

Google Bad Review (2):  Look, I HATE to leave a bad review. Aleena was gracious and kind. I'm posting this photo so you see that she did a quality job.

The problem is — these are NOT my brows! These brows are 30% smaller than mine, missing the depth at the front that shows my ethnic roots and hides (sort of) my hooded lids. I look different to the point where two girlfriends and my boyfriend have asked what I did to change my expression. I have, since the 1990s, loved a natural brow and just wanted my brows cleaned up. I've done this in 6 cities, and never sat up and seen a different (more severe) face. I am sure some people would appreciate that she removed a bunch of hair and changed the shape to an arc. This may be cultural, or country-specific. I am sure she would do a terrific job if you tell her what you want, but please DO tell her what you want. Big brows are IN!! and I don't know how many months it will take to grow back.
