Google Bad Review (2):  If you care about your elderly do not send them to this ‘Home'.

My mother was placed in this care home by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Before she was admitted she could walk with a Zimmer frame and go to the toilet by herself.

The care home said that she couldn't ‘weight bare' and left her in bed all day in a pad. Within a few weeks she was unable to walk and was having her nappy changed in bed. By this time she was miserable, lonely and depressed. My complaints were ignored and the Home said that it was the hospital that had told them that she couldn't weight bare. I read the discharge notes from the hospital but they said nothing about this.

Thankfully we have now managed to get her out of the Princess Louise and she is starting to learn to walk again. Whether she will ever get back to where she was is anyone's guess but she is trying her best.

I made an official complaint to the Care Home but have yet to have any response. That was about 6 weeks ago. I have just sent them an email to ask why I have heard nothing.

I am surprised at just how badly managed the Princess Louise is. My impression is that they just want the money to keep making profits while they watch the elderly patients die. I think that they could be taken to court and made to answer a serious case for neglect.
