Google Bad Review 1:  Went here today as a group of 6. After placing our order, we waited for about 35-40 mins till we actually received our food. Despite raising this with the manager twice or thrice, our food was delayed a lot. Indeed, what arrived was really yummy but the entire experience was completely ruined by the slow and inconsiderate service. Additional, none of the dosa/idli dishes were served with the proper chutneys. On asking for coconut chutney, we were told that it’s already over (by 9.30 pm on a Saturday?). When we wanted to order more (a basic starter like Sev Puri), they said it’ll take really long again. So we decided against it eventually.

Sagar has been a go-to for us since many years in London, but we were very disappointed to see the service at this particular branch today.
