Google Bad Review 1:  I gave this 1 star because there was no option to give ZERO stars. I would suggest that people stay away from this company that has Zero skill in kitchens and sell over inflated priced services that DO NOT deliver the service that I paid for. Left with a damaged worktop job.

Appalling non existent customer service with no attempt to rectify a poor quality job once they have your money. They are a Completely cowboy rip off company. I had a quartz worktop with an undermount sink. Firstly, I had to repeatedly chase them for a completely poor job on the Mastik around the sides as there were gaps everywhere. Secondly, I discovered a leak under the sink cupboard which is as a result of a botched job in the cutting of the stone and sink fitting that had left a gap between the sink and the worktop which they had attempted to cover up and fill with glue thinking that I would not notice this. There is a massive gaping gap that whenever we use the sink the water is leaking into the cupboard. Prakash and Deep – ignored my calls and messages and have made no attempt to rectify this problem. Astoundingly, they instead stated that it was not covered under the warranty. Shocking that the job had not been carried out competently and therefore to imply that it was ‘out of the warranty period’ as it took me some time to work out how they had come concealed the botch job by covering a part of the hole/gap with glue. They completely absolved themselves of any responsibility. They have an APPALLING, disgusting rogue service carries out by unprofessional and untrained cowboys. Subsequently, I am left with a damaged botched job despite paying a fortune of over £2,800 for the job. Don’t trust these cowboys that put up a pretence of having knowledge. They also introduced me to another cowboy that got a Romanian old man to wreck my expensive floor tiles and left me having to get someone to remove these. Overall, cowboys who recommend cowboys. Just because one has a shop with kitchens doesn’t mean they are competent. Just after the money with zero morals. What goes round will come round.

Google Bad Review (2):  Crafty character runs this kitchen circus. If you wish to loose 10 years of your life and sufficient amounts of money in 2 days.. This is it.
If there would be a choice of ZERO stars,that would my heart felt intention. I highly doubt that other five star ratings was earned by impeccable work. I would seek to block them on Google engine if possible. My sincere advice to all-Stay away!!! And of course a response from the “owner” , who won't take responsibility for questionable work l would suggest to check records of cash in hand kitchen jobs.
