Google Bad Review 1: Crouch Enders are disgusted and very disappointed at the attitude and behaviour of the male shop manager at the local Haven House Children’s Hospice charity shop. He is regularly rude to customers, has terribly arrogant manners and has no people skills.
He has a bad reputation in our community. Many of us regularly overheard his comments that it is his own shop and he runs it as his own. It seems he is confident that this charity shop is his own business. We want to stress that we donate to the shop and buy from it because we want to help raise money for very sick children, not to help to show off his “knowledge” and his ego.
Moreover, the shop seems shut early most days, which is also very disappointing and very inconvenient. Our area is buzzing and full of life till late, some of us only can get to the shop after work so we are constantly missing out.
We hope that our comments help to improve the performance of your shop and will make it to be more engaged into local community life, which is helpful for everyone.
