Google Bad Review 1: I was shown a 1 bed flat at Green Lanes by Albert Drew. I had to chase him over a week to discuss my interest toward this flat. He was suppose to send me an email with required information/form etc. to put an offer to landlord. Been over 10days now and still he hasn't sent me an email to place my offer. Also he was rude and pricey over the phone. Criticized me not having a good budget etc. unexpectedly sad customer service and the funny part is that flat is still available in the market.

Google Bad Review (2): Twice I’ve been interested in a property with David Astburys and twice I have been left out or given inconsistent communications regarding the status of securing a property. The excuses range from “Legal issues” to “Renting to families only” and “Offer has already been made” despite the fact that a viewing was arranged and an assurance that the property is available.
I understand this is a hot property market. But the excuses I hear seem rehearsed and downright discriminatory considering who ended up securing a flat.
I do not recommend this agency. Seems shady despite the glowing reviews. And the sad part is, the two properties are still posted on their website.
