She is aggressive and doesn't have smile at all.
I thought like she is a customer and I am a staff.
She didn't show me the room before the contract.(Though she showed me the picture)

Google Bad Review (2): By far, one of the worst agencies in London. None professional, showed up late in night without a text no apology and respect for tenants. Stealing a part of my deposit. Do not deal with them. Only positive point for the other tenants they were lovely.
