Google Bad Review 1:  I just gave Selbys a phone call to find out if they had an item in store before making a 45 min tube journey to get there. I was greeted by the coldest, rudest person at the other end of the line, who clearly couldn't be bothered checking if they had the item I was after in-store. Now that I see all the negative comments regarding customer service, it all makes sense. Store managers, time to do something ?

Google Bad Review (2):  by far the worst store I have ever stepped foot in the only welcoming department was womenswear I had no problems with them whatsoever whereas Majority of the staff on the top floor all had faces of a slapped ass and was extremely unhelpful and rude I will not be shopping here again!
