Google Bad Review (2):  The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Had a table booked for 8pm but when we arrived the restaurant was full and two tables had clearly just been given away. We waited for 30 minutes with no communication from staff at all (we had to keep asking them what was going on), during which time more people arrived and things stared to get really shambolic. Then two tables paid and left, at which point two groups of people who had arrived 5 minutes before were sat at the tables. When challenged the staff had no idea what was going on, despite speaking with various members of staff throughout. Absolutely shambolic. We left and went to Pizza Pappagones down the road. Will not go back. Used to like coming here but it seems like they dont value their customers any more. Shame.
