Google Bad Review (2):  I had my cat neutered/spayed here but she was in heat for the past 2 days. I went back telling them this and they told me I needed a blood test to confirm this, which I would have to pay for and if confirmed I'd have to pay for the surgery AGAIN. That's over £200 that they have forced off me because of their incompetence. I spoke with the doctor that was in today and he said he'd speak to management and give me a call if they can do anything about it.

I'm pretty angry about this as I love Luna to bits and they seem very very detached and not caring at all, especially the doctor today. Seems like they just want to make money and couldn't care less what happens
