Google Bad Review: I bought the X-ray consult and 1st treatment via Groupon. Initial assessment seemed good, made understable with good explanations following X-ray findings. I was then offered to come back for £34 a treatment – or an option to buy bulk as my treatment plan totalled over £800 + However, I found I got fed up of the 10 sometimes 5min treatments, and a moody practitioner Xander, who blatantly identified what was causing my issues, but refused to work on them holding off until I’d visited several times more. I was advised to keep coming back, but I’m sorry, I’m not travelling 1hr 20mins to receive purposely limited 5min treatments at £34 a go! I took time and researched another Chiropractor as my gut feeling was that FBCC were ripping me off. And to my delight, more progress has been made in my initial session, than the whole of the 6 + appointments with Xander at FBCC who I feel are definitely scamming ‘some people’ into believing that the treatment process must be slower than it needs to be, for the purposes of collecting your money. My advice is for you to find a more honest and friendly set of practitioners that suit the type of quality care you require and are passionate about the type of work they do. Ask yourself this, if people seem dishonest about the way they go about their business, well then why leave the treatment of your precious spine in their care?
