Google Bad Review 1:  Make sure u check the boiler and the shower, the hot and cold water in a property when u rent of this guys, they promise will help u but they will do nothing. 9 months without being able to wash and without a proper functional boiler as well no carbon monoxide alarm or fire alarm in the bedroom, for not mention the rest of problems. Nothing from what they promised they have done. No help, no interest. Their only interest is to take your money. That's it! I would give them 0 stars if would be possible. I lived a nightmare because of their neglect! No, no, no!

Google Bad Review (2):  Poor service. Looking to view four flats, I emailed multiple times and called multiple times over days to get the viewings arranged. On the day of the first viewing, I travelled across town (time, £) and when I was 15 mins from the location, they called to say it had been taken off the market. This was not very professional and they definitely could have advised me that it was possibly going to be taken off the market so I wouldn't waste time and money. Afterwards, absolutely no follow up, no apology, no offer of a different viewing. Very unimpressed

Google Bad Review 1:  Called up to arrange a viewing was interrogated for 10 minutes with a load of personal questions when I hadn't even seen the flat. Finally put the phone and the guy comes to the viewing. Both flats that he said are available had people living in them for a month. They are advertising them as available for no reason, wasted my time and energy and now know all my own and my husband's income details for no reason. Would not recommend even calling them up as their ads are places which are let already.
