Google Bad Review: Awful service and care, by both reception staff and clinicians. Failure to make a referral correctly and zero communication. Rude and incompetent reception staff. Have made a formal complaint to NHS England. I work for the NHS myself and this appalling patient care would not be acceptable in secondary care.
