Google Bad Review 1: I was living in a block of flats that is managed by Maunder Taylor called Western Beach Apartments in East London by the docklands. This is the most corrupt and dubious management agency I ever come across. They have used COVID as an excuse to suspend our AGM and deprived the residents of independent oversight and also input into the running of our estate. The CCTV in our buildings hasn't been working for years and I personally had two bikes stolen out of our ‘secure' underground parking. We also had strangers intrude into the building complex. Last week a resident had to call the police to deal with a stranger that claimed to be living in his flat (apparently the individual was under the influence of drugs). We have written dozens of letters to Maunder Taylor to alert them to the poor security, ask for accountability about the management accounts and the exorbitant service charges they are charging – to no avail. On top of that we have the highest service charge in the area and none of the benefits. No concierge, no gym, dated and old looking building. The windows have not been cleaned in 2 years. I would NEVER EVER move into a building that is managed by this team of crooks.

Google Good Review: Needing a commercial Probate Valuation quickly another Surveyor recommended Bruce Maunder Taylor. The valuation was done quickly within the time scale promised and throughout Bruce was always available to help with any issues I had. I can thoroughly recommend him and his staff.
