FB Last Post Text:  Something I hear quite often is class participants discussing when to eat, before or after a class If your workout is in the morning you can eat something very light about 90mins before the class If it’s an evening class then try an afternoon snack, I’ll usually have fruit with yogurt and nuts at about 5pm… For morning classes you could eat nothing at all, as I do, provided that you are used to skipping breakfast and that you think you’ll feel ok when you start moving around When I first started exercising I would always eat something before a class as I knew I needed it but now I don’t usually eat breakfast so I’m used to exercising on an empty stomach.
