Google Bad Review 1: We didn’t have a good experience with this firm. We used their services for reviewing the documents for the license of alteration and deed of variation for our property. The associate seemed to be inexperienced to provide relevant advises/guidance and as a result the procedure took a look longer than we expected and it caused frustration among the stakeholders. The worst part though was the attitude of the firm owner. At the end, we tried to give her some feedback in order to improve their services however she was rude, and unprofessional to say the very least. She also threatens us to take us to court for a final outstanding fee of £210, even though we have paid everything so far without any delay and we would obviously pay that fee – as I read from another Google reviewer, threatening with court action is their standard practise if they don’t like the feedback which shows the lack of professionalism.

Google Bad Review (2): Repetitive in their approach and advisory that reflected poorly in documentation and communications with the other party. Poor ground work carried out throughout the duration. In the end the solicitors’ approach felt very opportunistic and disappointing.
