Google Bad Review 1: Overpriced second hand shop…this really is the pits…some items are more expensive than when they were bought new…For Example…I have seen items from Primark and H&M in this “Second Hand” shop that were priced higher than when bought new. Its so overpriced its best avoided and the staff are quite ignorant…they really just couldn't be bothered with you. As I live locally I have bought something from here to support the cause…but they took my cash, put the receipt on the item on the cash desk and just walked away….no folding anything, nothing just left there, to thanks…nothing. I except that it could have been the staff on that particular day but I went in again recently to see if the “Attitude” was a “one off” …but NO! ..they are still just as ignorant. But the prices of items in there are through the roof…maybe Archway is the new Kensington and this place thinks its Harrods!

Google Bad Review (2): Strange Expensive Charity Shop. Had a look at their 2nd hand Video selection and notice some videos prices were Higher than the same Brand New Videos in the Pound shop next door…the usually ones..: “Four Weddins…,Notting Hill, Etc. They are priced at £2 in the “Charity Shop” but only £1 in a non-Charity Retail shop…Work that one out! Staff not particularly friendly…quite fake when they try to engage with customers but they are probably volunteers so that makes it OK then!!!
