Google Bad Review 1:  Never kept to his own contract- demanded we pay the money straight up for the funeral than pay a deposit as stated on his contract. Threatened to cancel the funeral or postpone it for another month if we didn't pay all the funds at the deadline.

Collecting my deceased brother from the mortuary at a timely manner was not his concern as he stated he was ‘too busy'. This had rippling effects as my brother was collected in a bad state and the hospital he was in stated the collections from the undertaker should happen within 3 days and not 12 days time which is what happened with this funeral director.

Showed a lack of empathy throughout his service. Very cold, distant. Did not ask us whether we wanted to walk behind the hearse on the day. Did not communicate effectively during funeral. Just left once his job was done.

I can continue to go on, but all I can say is our experience with his service was terrible and unprofessional. Experiencing tragic death is one thing, but getting no support from your funeral director continues to add distress and discomfort to an already difficult and sensitive time.
