Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID!! DO NOT USE!!. I lost my car key and they gave me a price and told me their technician would call me to arrange a visit. I had to call back the next day and the same thing happened. I called one last time and they said my key was discontinued (which was a lie) and it would cost £70 more. So I called one of their competitors and he reprogrammed a new key for me the next day for cheaper than they quoted….

Even now they don't accept they gave me rubbish service and say I'm to blame and frustrated because of my own mistake. To may things clear, twice someone took my details and promised me a phone call back and booking. I never received a call. Also they made up some story about my key being discontinued when other companies had no issue. This is nothing to do with my frustration for losing my key, I'm highlighting poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, even more so after their lack of apology.
