Google Bad Review: Avoid at all costs! I went for a birthday treat and I left with bruised red skin. My skin was literally scraped off and it took me 5 days and plenty of moisturising to make it heal. A whole week later my skin still feels rough and definitely not as smooth and moisturised as before my appointment.
In response to the business: The fact that you gave me my money back is irrelevant, because you literally damaged my skin, instead of do ‘a treatment', with my review I am trying to help other people not to come and do this to their faces. Also ‘a redness' does not hurt and stay on the skin for more than 5 days. I also missed to mention that I did not sleep all night the first day, and also didn't mention that it was very challenging to get my money back and the final words from the manager before I get my refund were ‘take your money and leave the studio then'. There, for the sake of being detailed.
