Google Bad Review 1:  Don't recommend this company! The owner is totally unprofessional and rude to everyone he just don't like. He'll ignore your emails or hang up the phone or even suspend the service if he considers a customer is not worth it (can't just make enough profit). The cleaners are fired each month on regular basis without giving any explanation. Most of them have been CHEATED out of their money. Customers are chased for payment after one week of received invoice for a reason they needs to pay for the cleaner every 2 weeks. It's a big lie as the cleaners are payed once a month and as said above most of the time they're not paid at all. Also, expect to receive emails on behalf of persons that are no longer working there.

Google Bad Review (2):  This company is total waste of time and unprofessional !! we agreed 3 hours cleaning for 2 commercial properties on a weekly basis. The cleaners never turned up each week and never communicated with us and we had to chase every week to remind that we not had cleaners turn up!!!

We would get a one line sentence saying we could not find a cleaner in your area! total unprofessional, knowing we are a commercial company in agreement to have weekly cleaning arranged with them ! they would send an email saying a cleaner will turn up the next day and again no cleaner again! and again they would not tell us that the cleaners not coming after them confirming the cleaners coming!!! Total frustration!

Cleaners are very slow and don't speak English at all we had to use translators apps to communicate with a cleaner.

I would not recommend them at all to anyone.
