Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely appalled by the staff .My cat had died and l took her there to be cremated I've never been so poorly treated no compassion what's so ever ,the rudest man on the vets reception ,when she was returned they had completely spelt her name wrong and given me a different box than what l asked for l was absolutely devastated. And will never set foot in a pets at home again

Google Bad Review (2): Awful customer service! An item was missing from my order and the staff on the phone weren’t very helpful at all. Implied it was my fault and that I’d have to come back to check if it’s in stock. I politely asked if they could check so that I didn’t have to drive back unnecessarily, I was left on hold and the staff member never returned!
