Google Bad Review 1:  So I actually won a bed from them in a giveaway that I entered on a page online- and never received the bed. They did not let anyone know they were shuttering their business, but we’re still actively promoting it as if they were going to be shipping out the beds. I know I’m not alone in this, and have heard and read the other stories about warren evans not fulfilling shipping orders and refusing to give refunds to their customers. Personally I do not feel right shopping with them anymore, they have quite dodgy business practices and are seemingly just open one mattress company after another in order to hide from the customers demanding their money or mattresses. My advice? Steer clear, there are much better mattress and frame companies out there! (I ended up going with Caspar it was amazing!)

Google Bad Review (2):  At the moment I do not recommend Warren Evans Beds. I have been in contact with this company since 6th December as we have a problem with our order. Their most recent reply on 14th to me was to say that they were busy and that, “I will reach out to you tomorrow as a priority“ which would have been 15th. I chased them on 16th and 17th but to no avail. It is now 22nd and they have gone silent.

I simply don’t know what to do as I am unable to sleep on the mattress I have bought, I am in agony, I am seeing a physio weekly and am now having to purchase another mattress from elsewhere.
