Google Bad Review (2): I tried to book an appointment for our newly adopted child with tooth pain. When I phoned for a booking the man who answered the phone said he was not able to take a NHS booking due to no funding untill April and we where in February.
Firstly you have a duty of care to patients which our family is ( now was)
Secondly I can not believe that your business is that poorly run that you can not budget correctly to last a year.
I found the whole attitude very unhelpful and very disappointing as the business was more than happy to book me a full price appointment that day, luckily we found a very helpfully and friendly dentist who was able to look at our distressed child.
