Google Bad Review 1: After travelling across London on a recommendation- I visited Beauty Rehab on Friday for Russian individual eyelashes treatment. My therapist was really professional but felt the mood as I walked in was unwelcoming and depressing- not one member of staff looked happy. As I was midway into my treatment- a very loud lady burst into the room to talk to my therapist about channel sunglasses and continued to walk in and out of the treatment room throughout me having my eyelashes applied like I wasn’t there – even asking my therapist how long she was going to be, because she needed the room for herself…. waiting with her client/friend at the door until my treatment ended, I could hear and feel my therapist tense up and rush the last part of my treatment, which left me feeling quite undervalued as a customer and walking out after paying, disappointed and underwhelmed.
Only 3 days later the individual eyelashes have fallen out and left me with none of my natural lashes left!! Ruined my natural eyelashes – whole chunks missing!!
Was this because my treatment was rushed? Was it because I wasn’t given proper aftercare advice because it was rushed? I don’t know but I will never go back and would recommend that you do not go here.

Google Bad Review (2): This place is horrifying. Do not make the same mistake as me and listen to the clearly paid for/friend reviews.
The first time I went a month ago, I paid £95 for Russian lashes. It took 90mins, most places take 2hrs minimum. It felt rushed there was no real attempt to get to know me. 15mins to go and someone came in and told my tech that the next person was there. So the tech basically rushed the last few and let me go slightly early. When I got home I was horrified to see that only about 80% of my lashes were covered. A few days later they started dropping out and my lashline was in agony. As they were dropping I could see how awful the fans had been created. They were not done well at all, they looked like cluster lashes rather than fans. In addition rather than fans being stuck to one lash some were stuck to two or three of my lashes. I was in so much pain I had to buy a remover online and remove them within a week.
I made the silly mistake of booking another £95 fullset appointment a few weeks after, this time with the owner Seda. Here was me thinking the owner would be better qualified make me feel comfortable as after-all this was her business right? WRONG. Honestly this was the worst beauty treatment I have ever had. I have never experienced such horrific customer service. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment. I was greeted by a pleasant enough receptionist, which was a one up from my first visit. Despite the fact I saw Seda walking up and down and she did not have a client before me, she neglected to usher me in to the room until 15mins after my appointment was due to start. Not a problem I thought, I will have it added on to the end of course I thought. Wrong again.
Anyway, Seda then tells me to look up an image of how I would like the set, not sure why, and then she disappeared for 5mins. She comes back reeking of cigarette fumes which is super gross when you are in such a close proximity. Anyway, she barely looks at the picture and gets started.
I will try and summarise the next 45mins (yes that is all the time she gave me) as best as I can. Basically she kept calling her staff in throughout, stopping to talk to them about what outfits she was going to wear for the weekend, ordering them to clear up lashes, having general chat with them. This is all whilst doing my lashes. She even got up a few times to show them outfits on her phone. During this time she also managed to make 2 phone calls to her mum!!!! At one point a lash tech came in and said her client wanted a particular lash curl but she couldn’t find it, Seda’s response was “I don’t care what she wants, tell her tough”.
Anyway after my 45min appointment of which I shelled out another £95 for the fullset, I was horrified to see the end result. Basically it looked like I was due an infill and had them on for 3wks already. The coverage of lashes was probably around 70-75%. I also want to point out that in both appointments no prep or prime of the lashes was done at all, which I have never experienced – you should at last wipe the eye area. I could have had oils on my lashes. They truly do not care for their customers.
I have been wearing lashes for years without breaks and had tons of techs but these techs are horrendous. Do not be fooled like me by the fake reviews and the celebs they pay, this place is horrific. The “gram” ready aesthetic is the only thing this place has going for them. They are highly unprofessional. In a few yrs when the superficial hype has died down and they realise the customer is integral to the success of a business it will be far too late for Seda to regain what she has now. She and her team seriously need to fix up.
