Google Bad Review:  Went to dukes for a pcr test on Friday Was leaving 6 am Sunday morning to travel to Dubai. Still had no notification what’s app email etc by Saturday afternoon. I was told to wait to hear from them by 8 pm. I was worried as time was of the essence so I thought best to call them. I was informed oh yes we have it it’s invalid. So I ask what can I do. ??
The pharmacist became very defensive and would send back to the lab for further evidence and he would call us by 10 pm. I never heard from him again and was basically left I finally got the result Sunday lunchtime at which point I had already cancelled my flight and lost my money.
Please I advise you to go to Broadway pharmacy who are very efficient and extremely friendly.
Surely there should be some duty of care in place or accountability from this dukes pharmacist . Lived in muswell hill for many many years and have never had customer service like this. Disgrace. Hope this helps anyone thinking of booking a pcr or any vaccination here

Where shall I start!
I am a massaging therapist with 15 years experience.
Today I went to have a massage as I give a lot of massages and I don’t get to have the luxury of having one myself.
Firstly, the room was freezing, it was warmer outside.
Secondly I asked for a Swedish masssge which is what I am trained in.
My massage was I don’t even know what mixed with a Thai message!
The therapist started to massage me and didn’t do any other movement other than eflurage!
I told her to stop in the first 10 mins.
Another therapist came in and took over,
Well…. When she applied the cold oil all over me it literally was slap dash, no love, no care, NOT RELAXING.
The oil was dripping from her hands because she had applied sooooooooo much oil which really isn’t necessary.
You need grip to get into the nodules.
I had to tell her to stop and slow down because instead of relaxing me this was actually stressing me and I couldn’t wait for the treatment to end.
The next thing was the lights where on I had to tell the therapist to dim the lights so I could sort of relax.
I also had to tell her how to release my nodules.
Awful! Not relaxing, uncomfortable and cold.
But the room was clean.
I do not recommend this Thai massage place for a Swedish massage as you won’t be getting that treatment you will get what ever style of massage they do.

Google Bad Review (2):  My experience today at this place was very disappointing. I had a Swedish massage booked and a facial as a birthday present from my husband and was really looking forward to relaxing.
The lady I had was definitely not an experienced masseur at all she was probably brought over from Thailand as a slave labour and had no way any experience as a professional.
Poor massage and as for the so called facial very poor I could of just cleanse my face and steamed it at home for free.
I don't know how anyone can give this place any good reviews are they professional NO WAY.
ACTUALLY DOES THIS PERSON EVEN HAVE A CERTIFICATE FOR MASSAGES?
it rounind my day as I feel that it was money down the drain.
The owners are making the money just employing girls with no experience and no professional skills.
I want a refund please.

Google Bad Review 1:  Listed as a centre for FedEx returns both on fedex website and on their own. No mention of a £5 admin charge, but on arrival I discovered this was the only option. Staff blamed FedEx and said I could send the receipt to FedEx for a refund, or I could go to the local FedEx Depot in Enfield somewhere. None of these is really true, and whilst responsibility may be partly down to FedEx the charge seems wholly unjust and the service less than helpful.

Google Bad Review (2):  I had booked two times viewing the flat with them and waiting 40 minutes no one available to come and show me the flat. I was trying to call the office and every time said wait 5 to 10 minutes if no one come call us back. I repeat 4 times and after they turn off and second time I went different flat and called me sorry the viewing is canceled just 10 minutes before I was waiting for them outside the flat. Soo disappointed from their service
