Google Bad Review 1: Shame on you! You talk about “ethical approach to banking” and then to open a normal current account with you is so ridiculously complicated! I needed to come 4 (!!) times to your branch in Islington, every day with a different proof of address that the time before you told me you would had accepted and each time you lied to me! I already have a business card with you and I wanted just to open a current account with a supposedly “ethic” bank but eventually I had to do that with HSBC. Well, you are a bunch of incompetent and ridiculous people, you've lost a client, you made me complain with my company that has so many business accounts with you and you looked ridiculous to me and my colleagues. I will tell anybody that you are so bad and discourage anyone to open any account with you! After denying me a current account you told me that I would had received a letter with all the reasons why such application had been denied. Well, your letter says” Unfortunately, after careful consideration we are unable to open the account(s) that you have requested”. Wow! What a professional and exhaustive explanation! And last question: are you racists? Because maybe if I was British I would had everything sorted out in a couple of days, isn't it? Shame on you!
