Google Bad Review 1: I'd really love to give Elmo a 5-star rating, but since renting the car I have come to realise that everything is not quite as it seems. I'm unable to use the personal assistant in the car because it doesn't find a data connection, as this has been used up by Elmo themselves to track the car unfortunately leaving me with certain unusable vital smart features. I am NOT happy, as I've paid to use this car along with ALL it's features. I also cannot use the my-Honda app for the same reason. I will have to return the car if this cannot be rectified. It's a shame as I love the car and the company themselves, everything else has been good and a breeze. Just a little miffed at the small print.
