Google Bad Review 1: My first visit where I chose my dress was amazing. The assistant was so supportive and lovely. The next visits were less great. For my first fitting the lady helping to adjust my dress was very unfriendly, not making eye contact or answering questions. At my next fitting, the dress was incredibly tight to the point at which I couldn't breath. I asked to have the chest area made bigger as a result.
On the next visit it was huge, it went from two sizes too small to two sizes too big. The assistant who was now a new lady, became very irate, making faces at me, as if I was being difficult. On the next visit I felt obliged to like what I was given but still it didn't fit. I hoped they would understand that your wedding is the biggest day of your life and it's important to get it right regardless of time and extra effort put in.
A couple of visits later I ended up with a dress I wasn't happy with. On top of this the jacket they made kept on sliding off and they advised using sticking tape. On my wedding day, the sticking tape wasn't enough and the jacket kept coming off of a dress which was too big. They ruined what should have been a day when I felt my most beautiful because of their lack of patience and understanding.
I didn't add that in fact on the morning of the wedding, my Mum hand-altered the dress to make it smaller at the waist, otherwise it would have been falling off! It's taken me a while to write this review but unfortunately despite my efforts to convince myself I looked beautiful, it cannot be doubted that Mirror Mirror let me down.

Google Bad Review (2): Please don’t waste your time at Mirror Mirror, wedding dress is the thing that should make you happy, but Mirror Mirror service will ruin it. I bought my wedding dress in May, there isn’t any follow up about the alteration. After I approach to them firstly in late July, they said it is short time for collection and need to charge me for 420 pounds. If you think that is all then you are totally wrong. They didn’t make clear about the 420 pounds for initially, which give them excuse for any extra charge. When I asked why they did’t make everything clear at the beginning, they questioned me that I didn’t ask at first.
During their alteration, my wedding dress’s sleeve is broken accidentally, I highlighted it and sent them picture and asked for a solution. They ask me to pay extra 30 pounds for repairing it. After questioning them why my dress was broken, they never gave me an explanation.
They also asked for another 120 pounds, another 45 pounds, all with their excuses.
In totally, they would like to charge me for 585 pounds for alteration my dress!
They broken my dress but want to charge me for repairing it. They even threaten me that they could refund everything, since they know my wedding day is in next 2 weeks! But when I confirm I would like to refund, they changed their option saying they could only refund the dress but not the 585 pounds alteration fee. Are they going to sell that dress again, after earning my money already.
They are greedy boutique rather than a nice place for your happy big day. Save your day from Mirror Mirror.
