Google Bad Review (2):  They sent us a letter saying they were the new Managing Agent of our property. On the letter says that it is for communal area and they assist to flat to flat issues. We contacted them because our fire alarm is low battery and making a noise that is not letting our baby to sleep. We tried both of their phones during business hours and they were not answering. We got an email return after hours saying that this is not with them. Because of their delay answering and misleading information, now the correct company say is too late to do something and another night our baby is going to be without sleep.
Looks to me that they are just taking our money and not even working the minimum to answer their phones.

Google Bad Review (2):  I would prefer not to leave negative a review however I should have done so 2 months ago! Four 4 months of poor communication with Claudette Gomes and the London Block Management team have been unable to resolve an insurance claim which has left the flat in an unihaitable condition. Unresponsive with never returning calls or emails – on top of being misled and lied to… 2/10 Must be able to do better! Just not good enough.
