Google Bad Review 1: The salon is bright and appears clean. Beware however they post a 50% off offer for your first visit… I went for a wash and blow dry. When I asked about the discount showing the screenshot I was told it didn't apply to blow dry. On the website it says any service any time. I paid full price.

Google Bad Review (2): This morning I went to rush air to purchase some kerastase products, had to wait more then 20 minutes in front of the only staff as she was busy on the phone talking to one of her staff . She did not have the decency to Ask her staff to wait to take my order or even ask me to wait a moment and ignore me and an other person completely . I found that extremely rude to treat customers that way and I had been more than patient because the other person left quickly. When I lost my patience In front of so much rudeness I ask her if she really wanted to sell …she said she is busy on the phone..I do not know how u can treat a customer like that and when I gave up because she really did have no intention to hung up the phone …she said “whatever”..and I left without any product……i urge kerastase to withdraw there exquisite product from such disgraceful place for customer service. Fortunately I found tony&ghy sell also kerastase product and very nicely.
